Cruising in style
A Moorings 44.4 is a true blue-water cruising yacht featuring a modern fractional rig with powerful mainsail and overlapping jib. All sail control lines are led to the cockpit for safety and convenience, and the dual helm stations provide superb visibility. The roller-furling genoa and mainsail with lazy jacks and integral sail cover make sail handling easy. The yacht is equipped with a full electronics package, including a color chartplotter and autopilot, an electric windlass, and a bimini and dodger. There is an ample swim platform and deck shower.
Below is a luxurious saloon with U-shaped seating for eight at the dining table, and to port is a fore-and-aft galley with all features and abundant storage and counter space. Forward of the saloon is a large head with shower, a cabin with twin berths, and a double cabin with hanging locker and plenty of storage. Aft is another head with shower, a chart table, and two staterooms. There’s a door leading from the port aft cabin to the port aft head. Opening ports and hatches optimize ventilation, and fans are positioned throughout the yacht.
Exclusive yachts are the newest in the fleet with most less than 2 years old.
Club yachts are generally only three to five years old and very well maintained.
