How to Book Online

Booking online is very simple with The Moorings. Just select your destination, type of yacht, beginning and ending dates and proceed to view your choice of yachts.

Once you have made your selection you may add essentials such as provisioning and additional items such as kayaks, fishing gear or other water toys to insure the best possible vacation.

Confirm these items and proceed to checkout with your credit card.

Getting Started

Booking online with the Moorings is very simple. There are a number of ways to beginning a booking including:

• Quickly supplying basic details via the ‘Check Availability’ area located in the top right of the page.
• Clicking on a specific offer from the Special Offers pages located around the site.
• Using the ‘Availability tab’ located on all specific product and destination pages.

Using the booking system

Your contact details
We need some basic details from you to get started with your booking. If you choose not to continue with your booking then these details are not retained.

Options & Extras
This step allows you to enhance your booking by adding a variety of extras to your vacation. Simply select the desired amount of these extras and click ‘Continue’.

Quotation
This step shows you the total amount your vacation will cost.

If you’re booking a vacation with friends then you can share this quotation with them or send it to yourself.

If you’re not ready to complete your booking at this stage then Save your enquiry will allow you to log in or create a My Moorings account and come back later to complete your booking.

Login or register

Returning customer
If you are an existing The Moorings customer then you can login using either your username or client ID.

If you cannot remember your password then you can request a reminder here. See the How to register for My Moorings help page for more information.

New customer
Click on the ‘Create new account’ option. The following page allows you to create a My Moorings account by supplying all of the details required.

Already logged in
If you are already logged in then your account details will have automatically been retrieved in order to make the booking.

Booking Confirmation

To complete your booking please provide your payment details here. The Moorings accepts payments with Visa, Mastercard or American Express.

If your booking is within 60 days of departure you will be asked to pay in full. If your vacation is more than 60 days away, then you can confirm the booking with a 25% deposit. The remaining balance will be due 60 days from departure.

Once the booking is completed The Moorings will email you a booking contract and next steps guide.

You will be taken into the My Moorings area where you can manage you booking and personal details.
