He is also an Open Water PADI Diver and has a keen interest in all water sports.

Experience & Qualifications: She has ten years experience in the catering industry, including 2 years as a senior events coordinator. She has always had a passion for cooking and has completed a one month intensive cookery course at the Gables School of Cookery in Gloucestershire UK and has her food hygiene certificate. She very much enjoys cooking a variety of dishes from around the world and particularly enjoys making desserts.

Cat has RYA Competent Crew, Open Water PADI Diver and very much enjoys water sports, being an intermediate windsurfer and wake-boarder.

Crew Comments: James has been a professional yachtsman since leaving school. He has previously worked as a technician and broker for Jeanneau Yachts UK, and has eleven years professional skippering experience in the UK, Mediterranean and Caribbean. He has always enjoyed being on the water both in his professional career, as well as owning his own yacht that he has cruised extensively around Europe. Off the water he enjoys mountain walking, camping and is a keen car enthusiast.

Catherine used to be the Senior Events Coordinator of a firm in the UK, organising a variety of events and catering for Weddings, Corporate and Private functions. She decided to pursue a career as a chef in the yachting industry after working as a flotilla hostess in the Mediterranean. She also takes an interest in tennis, rock climbing and all outside pursuits.

They are both friendly and relaxed, and very much enjoy having guests aboard. They always aim to achieve the highest possible standards and look forward to welcoming you soon for a “Brilliant” holiday!

If unforeseen circumstances prevent the crew from hosting the charter, another competent crew will substitute.
