Simone grew up in the Alps of Austria where she learned all about hospitality. She holds the Diploma of Tourism Manager, Wine Sommelière and Divemaster and worked in numerous leading hotels of the world. Traveling around the world expanded her knowledge in cooking and with her own creativity she is prepared to meet any needs of her guests and delight them with delicious meals.
Ewout was brought up in the Dutch waters. Trained as mechanical engineer, he also has an extensive experience on sailing and motor boats since childhood. With his eye for details, ability to listen to peoples need and his contagious joy for watesports, Ewout will ensure that his guests have the most pleasant and safe journey on the water.

Our crew accommodated all of our interests, but had some suggestions of their own, they made us feel very welcome and at home…they are amazing! Best we’ve had! The food couldn’t have been better, the food was like a concert in our mouth …they were correct on every suggestions they made.  Would Absolutely!!! Request this crew again.
