Crew Comments: Samantha & Stewart met on the South coast of Spain, where a shared love of sailing and fine dining led them to join forces. Now married, they have spent the past 5 years together, sailing all over the world, exploring different oceans, cultures and foods! 

Samantha is a chef with passion. Her focus is on stylish fresh dishes, all bursting with flavour and colour. Using quality ingredients, Samantha gets a kick out of creating inspiring and beautiful dishes, with a clean flavour profile, that entices your taste-buds with every bite.

Stewart is a highly qualified captain with a whole wealth of knowledge. He has sailed yachts of all sizes, his whole life, and as a professional captain he has open ocean and chartering experience on catamarans up to 75ft. He adores being on and in the water, and is happy to share his stories of adventure and nautical tips with you.

Samantha & Stewart take pride in their reputation for unequalled customer service, and eye for detail. From skills in mixology (making fabulous fruity cocktails), to high-end housekeeping (turndown service and mints on your pillow). Their genuine love for what they do, and their gentle personalities are dedicated to helping you fulfil your perfect vacation.
