Darcy has worked in restaurants since a very young age and has trained beside a chef for 3 years in a test kitchen creating new recipes.

She specializes in gourmet foods and enjoys creative menu planning to fit each charters' preferences.

Areas Traveled: U.S East Coast, Caribbean, North and Central South America, Mexico and U.S. West Coast.
