Experience & Qualifications: Commis chef Certificate from Graser’s Cooking School in Cape Town, Advanced housekeeping and Cooking Certificate from Chez Gourmet Catering and Cooking School, Claremont, Competent Crew and Skipper, STCW’95. Specializes in International and Caribbean Cuisine, being in the Hospitality Industry for more than 20 years in restaurants covering all aspects of the hospitality industry

Areas Traveled: Karl and Maria have sailed all of the Seven Seas, South China Sea, Indian, Pacific, Med, South and North Atlantic and the Caribbean. Together they have backpacked through Europe and South America, hitchhiking the oceans as well.
