Seymour, grew up on a little Island call St. Vincent and The Grenadines. Living next to the sea gave him the passion and drive to work on the ocean. He has worked as a captain with different charter companies within the Caribbean. He considers himself to be dynamic, focused, and target driven, with a proven record of professionalism in the Marine Industry.
Dekoda: Her favourite cuisine to prepare is pork tenderloin marinated in Mount Gay rum and orange juice, lightly pan fried in soy sauce and onions.
Ellen’s knowledge of the sea, enthusiasm for what she does and creativity in her recipes are a great combination for a fantastic sailing holiday. Ellen has a passion for being out at sea, swimming and exploring all that the ocean has to offer. Ellen has worked within the travel industry for the majority of her career, working as a watersports instructor, lifeguard, hostess and waitress in various European countries and America. Ellen has sailed and worked as a hostess in the Ionian Sea, the Adriatic Sea and the Cyclades, an area well known for its wind. She has experience catering for large groups and enjoys utilizing the fresh and local ingredients to make new recipes and cocktails. Her guests have enjoyed her creative vegetarian dishes as well as her refreshing and zesty cocktails: a Spicy Mango Mojito and a Gingerita! She grew up in London, England, where she studied Geography at the University of Exeter. Then she moved to Madrid, Spain, to work as a translator and Au Pair. Since then, she has been traveling and working around the world on sailing boats.
*If unforeseen circumstances prevent this crew from hosting your charter, another competent crew will substitute. *A Moorings 5800 will be crewed by a professional captain and gourmet chef. For charters with more than 8 guests, an additional steward/ess may be provided however this is subject to availability.
