The team can’t wait to welcome you to the Bahamas.

Jonathan is an enthusiastic, fun-loving, and professional Skipper. He looks forward to creating unforgettable memories onboard with you!

A seasoned and approachable captain, Jonathan is deeply passionate about creating unforgettable experiences on the water. Born in Saint Lucia and raised throughout the Caribbean islands, he is truly a son of the West Indies—salted by the sea and shaped by its culture.

Jonathan has spent years sailing across the Caribbean and the U.S. East Coast in a wide range of roles, including research and conservation science expeditions, commercial operations, and private yachting. His work in marine conservation is even featured in a short documentary on whale and dolphin conservation, which can be viewed here.

An avid lover of the outdoors and the living planet, Jonathan brings a unique mix of knowledge, enthusiasm, and practical skill to every voyage. He often jokes that his dad is Steve Irwin—reflecting his adventurous spirit and deep respect for wildlife.

For Jonathan, time spent on the Caribbean’s many shades of blue is nothing short of magical. He is dedicated to helping guests truly connect with the islands, feel their warmth, and immerse themselves in the vibrant, diverse culture of the Caribbean.
