Second straight year on the Jolly Mon. Calvin and Katie are supurb. Sailing the BVI is incredible and the food and service made me feel like the lifestyle of the rich and famous. Caviar and Champagne included. It’s a special place and the Moorings know what they are doing.

I can’t say enough about the Moorings. The staff is attentive, friendly, and extremely helpful. This was our first charter yacht trip and the Moorings made it so easy. The power yacht we rented was perfect and included everything we needed. We ordered provisions ahead and it was all loaded on our boat before we even boarded. The islands were absolutely picture perfect. Anchoring and balls everywhere. Trip of a lifetime!

I just came back from a Moorings catamaran crewed ship. It was a wonderful experience and the most beautiful of my trips. The captain (Francesco) and the chef (Nika) were fabulous and very accommodating and all six of us had the best time. I would highly recommend this trip and can’t wait to do it again.

We just came back from our Moorings trip. 50ft Catamaran that was a beautiful, looked brand new and very luxurious. 3 couples and there was probably room for 40-50 people to sit or lay out so there was plenty of room to be together or find a spot to sit alone. Our Captain Franchesco and our cook Nika were fabulous. They were both very diligent about safety and the food was not only delicious but presented like we were in a fancy restaurant for all 3 meals. Awesome experience! Would do it again in a heartbeat.

Fantastic crewed charter, from start to finish! Captain Wayne and chef Kathryn did an amazing job, and were fun to hang out with.

My husband and I (and another couple) chartered a 42’ sailing catamaran with the Moorings in the British Virgin Islands for 5 nights. We stayed on the boat the night before our trip commenced which made it easy to get organized and ensure our provisions were sufficient. Captain Dale was our skipper and handled the boat expertly (above average winds, 22-24 knots). He knew the islands, made arrangements for marinas and dinners and was a friendly sailing companion. Highlights included snorkeling, the baths at Virgin Gorda, resort at Scrub Island, entertainment at Leverick Bay, watching football at Foxy’s Tamarid Bar and drinks at the Soggy Dollar on Jost Van Dyke. Perfect weather, lots of sun and strong breezes, will definitely do this trip again.

Cap Andy and Chef Linzi are the absolute best! I don’t ever leave reviews, but this is worth the time for me just to ensure someone knows how great this experience was with them! Cap Andy is extremely professional and qualified. His skill set is very strong and understands the seas and the area about as well and anyone could. Chef Linzi has an unreal way about her in the kitchen. She is extremely helpful and kind and always willing to do anything you need. This power couple is so impressive that I have booked this trip twice in 2 years. If you are looking for a crew to take you around the BVI’s, I wouldn’t look any further.

My family did a week long charter on a Moorings Power Catamaran (Crewed Yacht) with Captain Jos & Chef Chevone and we truly had the time of our lives! I cannot say enough good things about Jos & Chevone. I truly shed a tear when it was time to depart.
From the very start, their hospitality, generosity, and professionalism was unparalleled! Jos and Chevone made us feel like family and took such great care to ensure we had the trip of a lifetime. I truly couldn’t say enough great things about them & The Moorings. A 10/10 experience and I would do it all over again in a heartbeat!
In terms of rooms/space/comfortability – our group (6 adults) felt very comfortable and at ease in terms of space. There are plenty of spaces to hangout on the boat, the bedrooms and bathrooms are spacious, and you have all of the amenities of a home, except on the water!
In terms of a Power Cat vs. Sailing – we decided to go with the Power Cat since our family is more familiar with Power Boats and it was perfect for us!
Truly an incredible trip and experience and we are so excited to do it again soon! Couldn’t recommend this more!!!

Weather and scenery were beautiful! We had our own captain in our group, which was great. The boat was fantastic. The beds could be a bit softer as well as the linens, and more towels provided for the 10 days.
We loved all of our stops and yummy food along the way. We had an issue with a toilet, but moorings took care of it right away. -
Just got back from a Moorings Catamaran Trip in the British Virgin Islands with Captain Andy and Chef Linzi – and I am as relaxed as can be. Andy told the 8 of us (my wife and 3 other Friend Couples) that he wanted the 7 day trip to feel like 3 weeks and he was RIGHT! We hit all the hot spots in the islands, learned a ton about the history of the area and ate like Kings/Queens for days.
Andy and Linzi do a great job of getting a feel for the group from Day One and make the whole experience relaxing and worry free!
I highly recommend this Vacation for you and your friends. And I wouldn’t want to do it without Andy and Linzi leading the way – they are professional, safe, entertaining and relaxing all in one!

My wife, myself, and our six friends set sail on our first ever all inclusive 7 day catamaran adventure on Saturday, 1/11/25. Our captain, Andy and first-mate/chef extraordinaire/boat boss, Linzi were truly incredible guides and hosts for us newbies. Andy did a great job combining our interests with his experience in facilitating a fantastic voyage across the BVI. They were able to match our preferences in activities and food to a T. We had numerous cheeky sails to unique and beautiful moorings that were pre-arranged. Andy did a wonderful job waking up early to ensure we’d secure the best spots at different mooring fields. He also held daily “chart chats” in which we were able to learn about sailing, navigation, and specifics for the day. He welcomed questions and thoughts regularly and would modify anything without hesitation. Linzi’s love for cooking showed through with daily with breakfasts, lunches, and dinners that combined authentic, fresh, and delicious ingredients. It was a treat to be wined and dined by these two. They were open to giving their opinions when we asked but they never pushed anything onto us and they make an awesome team on the boat. You can tell that safety is their number 1 priority and that made us comfortable from the start. Also, the boat was extremely clean and well-kept and you can tell they take pride in keeping Seas The Day in top form. We couldn’t have asked for better guides on our adventure and they truly delivered a trip of a lifetime for us. Something we will never forget!!!

We had an amazing time on a 5 night cruise in BVI with 3 couples on a Leopard 4500. Our captain and chef Anis and Tery were unbelievable. We were blown away with the food prepared and the service provided. The boat was in fantastic shape even though it was 5 years old. I would highly recommend doing a trip like this.

Sailing the BVI with Captain Andy and Chef Linzi on Seas The Day was a fantastic experience! Chef Linzi’s food was amazing and Captain Andy’s “chart chats” kept us all informed along the way. Andy and Linzi made the experience one to remember!

What a week! We had the pleasure of sailing with Andy and Linzi through the British Virgin Islands on their boat “Seas the Day”. Starting with the food, Linzi is an amazing chef! We had different dishes every night, always with dessert and always delicious. Meals were varied – steak, seafood, salads, curry, etc. She also provided Linzi’s “nibbles” on the top deck around 5:30 which we looked forward to daily! Andy kept us on course, highlighting the previous day and planning for the next one. Aside from being a very handsome lad (consensus on the boat), he clearly knows what he’s doing! He took us through all the great spots, adding his opinion but never pushing. In short, it was one of the best vacations I have ever been on! Thank you Mom (Linzi) and dad (Andy)!

Our first time in the BVI was a beautiful experience with Kendrick, Shyan and Vicky! A week cruising all the best places was a wonderful with this crew! The food was awesome (Vicky is an excellent chef), Shy took care of us like a champ and that can be challenging with our gang lol. We had lots of laughs and got to know the crew and feel they have become part of our family. We got lots of hugs and said we would stay in touch and will be back to see them for sure! Thank you Kendrick, Shy and Vicky for all that you did, making us feel right at home on your boat and so glad we had you as our crew for the week we were with you! See you again ( hopefully soon) stay safe and keep in touch, we love you guys! 🥰

My husband and I chartered a catamaran- Andromeda with 4 other couples and crew. We started in Tortola, Cooper Island, Virgin Gorda, Anegada, Marina Cay, Jost Van Dyke and Norman Island. We made many familiar stops like The Baths, Tipsy, Cow Wreck, Diamond Cay, Sandy spit, Soggy Dollar, Foxy’s and of course Willie T’s! We had the best lobster ever at the Wonky Dog!
This was our first trip to the BVI’S but not the last. We travel all over the Caribbean but nothing compares to the BVI’S!
Our crew was exceptional Kendrick, Vicky and Shiann! They showed us all the good spots and we enjoyed their company as well! Vicki was the best chef ever!
If you’re looking for a good time be sure to check this catamaran and crew out! -
We have been sailing with the Moorings for over 30 years. They have always provided top-notch customer service and excellent sailboats. In the rare few times there has been an issue (as happens with sailboats), they have been very responsive. We will continue to use them in the future.

Good organisation, clean marina, nice cruising area. BUT how to get there and get back is quite difficult esp. with intercarribean airlines

Had a fabulous week aboard the Knotty Toddy with Capt Richard and Chef Shelly. BVI’s are beautiful and the crew made sure we had everything we wanted and needed. Itinerary was well managed based on weather and our preferences. Meals were fantastic and the most picky eater in our family gave the food a 10/10. A truly memorable family week!

Sailing the BVI’s – what a trip!
We just got back from an unforgettable sailing trip around the BVI’s. This was a week-long couple’s trip and the eight of us were completely blown away. Blown away by the beauty of the islands, the amazing sites, the smooth sailing but above all our incredible crew – Captain Andy and Chef (extraordinaire) Linzi.
This dynamic duo was undoubtedly the reason we enjoyed ourselves so much. A wonderful couple who made us feel so welcomed from the moment we set foot on their boat. Their attention to detail, easy-going and relaxed manner and just their all-around friendly nature only added to the beauty which surrounded us. We’ll miss Captain Andy’s nautical tips/insights and of course Chef Linzi’s gourmet meals (not to mention her famous pre-dinner nibbles).
Being our first time, we really did not know what to expect and went in with open minds. We explored some popular sites, snorkeled amazing locations, sat on secluded beaches and some days we just stayed onboarded and chilled.
We booked through the Moorings, which we’d highly recommend. They made everything easy from start to finish and were always super-responsive.
Thanks to the Moorings, and more so thanks to Captain Andy and Chef Linzi for allowing these eight friends to make such amazing memories.
