Together for over a decade, Flavio and Giovanna have built a life centred around the ocean. They have sailed extensively throughout the Mediterranean and spent years living aboard their own sailing yacht, combining their love of seamanship, exploration, and hospitality into a true way of life.

Flavio is a professional skipper with a background in Oceanography and more than 15,000 nautical miles of sailing experience since 2019. Holding formal maritime qualifications, he brings a strong focus on safety, efficient passage planning, and precise timing to ensure guests experience the very best of the British Virgin Islands. His local knowledge and passion for discovery lead guests to carefully selected anchorages, including hidden gems away from the usual routes.

Giovanna is a talented chef with a degree in Environmental Management and a diverse culinary background influenced by Brazilian cuisine, Asian flavours, and her experience in Mediterranean charters. She creates personalised, seasonal menus tailored to guest preferences, combining fresh ingredients with the relaxed rhythm of life aboard.
