Captain Jimmy’s love of life on and under the water began at an early age, from swimming and sailing to serving at sea with the Royal Navy and exploring as a technical scuba diver. Originally from England and now based on Canada’s west coast, he has built extensive professional sailing experience aboard both motor and sailing yachts, cruising thousands of nautical miles across the Mediterranean, Atlantic, North Sea, Norwegian Sea, Caribbean and beyond.

Calm, confident and easy-going, Jimmy combines strong seamanship and technical expertise with a safety-first approach. He loves sharing his passion for the ocean and discovering beautiful, nature-rich destinations with guests. Together with Chef Nadia, he looks forward to welcoming guests aboard and creating memorable sailing experiences in the British Virgin Islands.

Chef Nadia – Born and raised in Singapore before moving to Vancouver, Canada, Nadia’s love of food has been shaped by a lifetime of travel and an appreciation for international cuisine. Having also lived in New Zealand, Australia and South America, she brings a global influence to her cooking, with a focus on authentic flavours and fresh, high-quality local ingredients.

Calm, warm and easy-going, Nadia has worked as a private chef and completed the Anchor & Apron Yacht Chef Culinary Program in Palma de Mallorca, Spain. She loves creating delicious dishes for guests to enjoy on board and, together with Captain Jimmy, looks forward to sharing the flavours, relaxed lifestyle and natural beauty of the British Virgin Islands.
