Captain Nic brings over 40 years of sailing experience, professional expertise, and a genuine passion for sharing life at sea with his guests. A commercially endorsed RYA Yachtmaster, Nic has sailed thousands of nautical miles across the Mediterranean, both sides of the Atlantic, and some of the world’s most renowned cruising destinations, including the Caribbean, British Virgin Islands, Panama, Croatia, Greece, and Thailand.
Known for his calm confidence, technical knowledge, and great sense of humour, Nic combines expert seamanship with an easy-going, guest-first approach. Whether navigating a challenging anchorage, finding the perfect snorkelling spot, or sharing his favourite local recommendations, he ensures every guest feels comfortable and well looked after on board.
Nic believes the best charters are about more than just sailing, they are about creating unforgettable moments, discovering beautiful places, and enjoying the journey along the way. From relaxed days exploring hidden bays to sunset drinks and stories under the stars, he brings the perfect balance of professionalism, local knowledge, and personality to every experience.

Chef Claire brings warmth, creativity, and a love for global flavours to every charter experience. In 2022, Claire and Captain Nic left their corporate lives in London behind to pursue a shared dream of sailing, adventure, and life on the water.
A passionate traveller with a curiosity for different cultures and cuisines, Claire draws inspiration from the many destinations she and Nic have explored together. Her cooking reflects the stories of their journeys, combining fresh ingredients, international influences, and comforting home-style flavours to create memorable meals tailored to each guest.
Sailing has become an integral part of Claire’s life over the past few years, with adventures spanning the Caribbean, Europe, and Thailand. Her natural hospitality and love of connecting with people create a relaxed and welcoming atmosphere on board, ensuring guests feel at home from the moment they step aboard.
Together with Captain Nic, Claire offers more than a charter she creates an experience filled with incredible sailing, delicious food, shared stories, and unforgettable moments at sea.
