Captain Paul has spent more than 40 years sailing, including the last 15 years as a professional skipper and RYA Yachtmaster Examiner. With extensive experience across the Caribbean, South Atlantic, Indian Ocean, and Mediterranean, he brings a wealth of knowledge and fascinating sea stories to every charter.

A passionate sailor, diver, surfer, and fisherman, Paul loves sharing his expertise while creating a relaxed and enjoyable experience for guests. Whether you’d like to take an active role in sailing or simply unwind, he will tailor the journey to suit your style. Originally from South Africa, he also enjoys introducing guests to a traditional braai and helping create a truly memorable, bucket-list charter experience.

Chef Sally combines creativity, passion, and a love of fresh ingredients to deliver memorable dining experiences on board. With a strong knowledge of the British Virgin Islands, she sources local produce and seafood to create flavourful dishes inspired by South African, Mozambican, and Mediterranean cuisines.

From freshly grilled seafood and vibrant vegetarian dishes to perfectly cooked steaks and her signature Mozambican chicken curry, Sally crafts menus to suit every taste. Guests can also look forward to homemade desserts such as malva pudding, esponjosa, and panna cotta. She looks forward to helping create an unforgettable charter filled with exceptional food and lasting memories.
