Grigorios has worked with Greek charter companies over the past 5 years. He is an extremely well experienced Captain and his area of expertise focuses on catamarans. He has sailed the Mediterranean sea extensively. Grigorios holds an RYA sailing license and Powerboat Level II license. He is a member of the Panhellenic Professional Skipper’s Association. Grigorios has also been the champion in Laser Class and held 2nd position in the European Optimist Class. He has been working for Catamarans company for the last 4 years. His interests include sailing, diving, travelling, windsurfing. He speaks Greek and English fluently and has an outgoing personality and always a great disposition. He enjoys sharing his knowledge of sailing with anyone who will listen. In addition to the Safety aboard, Grigorios number one priority is assuring all his guests have a memorable time. He loves planning itineraries with his guest and brining them to all their favorite places, but more importantly he loves introducing them to new places which quickly become their new favorite.
Konstantina was born and raised in Greece and found her love of cooking at an early age while spending time with her grandmother. In 2011 she had the opportunity to start working in the yachting industry, she jumped at the chance to put her love of sailing and her culinary skills to work into a job she loves. Konstantina has learned the importance of using the freshest possible ingredients and produce available to create a variety of delicious dishes. She has an amazing well rounded a ray of recipes which include Vegan and Vegetarian meals, fresh seafood as well as traditional Mediterranean and Greek cuisine. Konstantina is well known for her famous staffed tomatoes which will leave you wanting more. In addition, Konstantina is a Sommelier and can pair you with the perfect wine groupings to accompany her amazing meals. Her dedication to assuring everyone who sails with her has a relaxing and memorable time onboard and they go home saying it was the most fabulous vacation ever!
