Travel Advisories

Please note:
Starting January 26, 2021, the U.S. Government will require all travelers coming from international countries - including U.S. citizens - to present negative test results within 3 days of departure aboard a flight. Antibody tests and vaccines are not accepted.
The closest testing facility is a Polyclinic located 5 minutes from the base by taxi. A PCR test costs $105 USD.

All travelers 18 and older must submit a Pre-Arrival Registration Form. as soon as their flight and charter have been booked and no less than 7 days before their travel. If your booking is last minute, please forward the registration confirmation email that you will receive on submission to [email protected] 

All travelers must present a negative COVID-19 RT-PCR Negative (Swab) Test taken within 5 days of travel. No other form of test or vaccine is accepted.
Children under 5 years of age are exempt.

Fully vaccinated guests are free to explore St. Lucia following local health protocols. 
Non-vaccinated guests would have to undergo a 14-day-quarantine at the quarantine dock, until their PCR test taken after that timeframe comes back negative.

Travelers also need to fill in a Health Screening Form on the day of their travel and present it at the health screening desk upon arrival.


For charters with itineraries to St. Vincent and the Grenadines:

Entry protocols for each cruising area may differ and have yet to be determined.

Please note that due to travel restrictions charterers will only be permitted to sail St. Lucia waters.

Terms and Conditions

Our Terms and Conditions have changed to include information regarding what happens if you are required to quarantine on your yacht due to a positive COVID-19 PCR test result. Please review and sign online.


Travel Insurance

We recommend purchasing travel insurance coverage through our partner Redpoint Travel Insurance.

Guest List

In preparation for your arrival, we ask that you fill out the Guest List with a list of all of the passengers on your yacht including yourself. Please submit this form at least 30 days prior to departure.



Order your food and beverages in advance with our convenient online provisioning store and have your provisions delivered directly to your yacht. Please order at least 10 days prior to your charter. The marina will not be able to accommodate orders placed on the day you arrive.


Book Transfers

Contact a Vacation Planner to make transfer or flight arrangements to and from St.Lucia’s George Charles airport or Lucia’s Hewanorra International airport .
Facial masks must be worn during the flight, at the airport, and in taxis.

Watch Charter Briefings

We require all guests to watch a charter safety video. The captain and first mate must become familiar with the sailing area by watching a chart briefing. Please watch these briefing videos in the comfort of your own home or office before you are scheduled to depart.

When You Arrive

Travelers must stay in a COVID-19 certified accomodation/yacht. For more details see: https://www.stlucia.org/en/covid-19/

All visitors who are fully* vaccinated are now able to enjoy expanded access to St. Lucia. They are still required to follow all local protocols: social distancing, wearing masks in public places, washing hands/sanitizing regularly.
Please note: Saint Lucia’s Authorities know how many doses are required for ALL brands of vaccines.
*Fully vaccinated means you have had the prescribed number of doses and have passed the two-week period, after your final dose. This will be verified by the Saint Lucian authorities

Upon arrival, unvaccinated charter guests will be taken to the yacht for quarantine. You may NOT leave the vessel for shopping or dining, however, you may place meal delivery orders. You cannot leave the dock until after your 14-day-quarantine. Please order provisions online in advance, so they are placed on board before you arrive.
