While the Islands of Tahiti are opening their borders for international travelers, certain Policies and Procedures will need to be followed when entering the country, before and during your stay there. Please note:
Starting January 26, 2021, the U.S. Government will require all travelers coming from international countries - including U.S. citizens - to present negative test results within 3 days of departure aboard a flight. Antibody tests and vaccines are not accepted. Please review the list of current options and testing sites for travelers that are required to take a test prior to departure.

A curfew is in effect on the islands of Tahiti and Moorea. All trips, circulation or movement in public areas are prohibited every day between 10 p.m. and 4 a.m. through June 1, 2021 with the possibility of being extended. View Tahiti Tourisme for details.

Please allow 1 (one) additional hour at the airport for testing (prior to checking in).

Terms and Conditions

Our Terms and Conditions have changed to include information regarding what happens if you are required to quarantine on your yacht due to a positive COVID-19 PCR test result. Please review and sign online.

Travel Insurance

Travel insurance is mandatory for anyone traveling to French Polynesia who is not a French citizen and is not affiliated with French social security, with whom Polynesia has agreements.

Guest List

In preparation for your arrival, we ask that you fill out the Guest List with a list of all of the passengers on your yacht including yourself. Please submit this form at least 30 days prior to departure.

Pre-Provisioning

Order your food and beverages in advance with our convenient online provisioning store and have your provisions delivered directly to your yacht. Please order at least 10 days prior to your charter. The marina will not be able to accommodate orders placed on the day you arrive.

Watch Charter Briefings

We require all guests to watch a charter safety video. The captain and first mate must become familiar with the sailing area by watching a chart briefing. Please watch these briefing videos in the comfort of your own home or office before you are scheduled to depart.

Electronic Travel Information System (ETIS)

All unvaccinated and immunized guests must present proof of negative COVID-19 RT-PCR Negative (Swab) Test results received within three full days prior to international air departure.

Fully vaccinated guests must show proof of vaccine card, completed at least 8 days prior to arrival in Raiatea.

All guests must register via the Etis.pf platform (Electronic Travel Information System).

When You Arrive

COVID-19 Testing

All fully vaccinated and unvaccinated guests must take an antigenic COVID-19 PCR-Test on arrival and a virological test on Day 4.
All travelers with proven immunity must take a serology test that shows that are positive for antibodies - this test must be taken 15 to 30 days prior to arrival, as well as a Day 4 virological test.
Children under 6 years old are not subject to quarantine if their parents are vaccinated.
Children over 6 years of age who are unvaccinated, not immune or tested positive to COVID-19 are subject to quarantine which will be imposed on the entire family.
All unvaccinated guests - including unvaccinated children aged 6+ - are required to spend 10 days in quarantine, and a Day 8 PCR test will be required.

A Day 4 self-test will be provided upon arrival to Papeete International Airport (PPT). The base will give you instructions on where to drop off your test kits. There are drop-off locations on each of the islands you will explore on charter.

During Your Charter

4-Day COVID-19 Test

All guests must take a mandatory self-test 4 days after arrival in The Islands of Tahiti. A self-test will be provided upon arrival to Papeete International Airport (PPT). The base will give you instructions on where to drop off your test kits. There are drop-off locations on each of the islands you will explore on charter.

Travelers must fly from Raiatea to Tahiti (about 48 to 72 hours before their return flight to the USA). You will get the test results certificate online and the cost is $184 USD per traveler. For more information, please visit: https://fr.calameo.com/.

Public Spaces

Guests must wear a face mask in all public spaces and must always keep a safe distance of 6 ft.
