Overall experience on the boat and with our skipper was fantastic. Also support when booking the trip was generally good.

The preparation of the boat could have gone a little more smoothly- we were not provided with the proper checklist, and therefore ended up leaving the marina without the WiFi hotspot we had paid for in advance. We departed late due to a mechanical issue, which we understand was not something we could control, but it felt a little bit scattered instead of orderly.
