I rely on the Moorings for consistency. I know when choosing the Moorings the boat will be clean and in good working order. On Boat check out any issues have always been addressed quickly. The personnel at the Base in Tortola are always pleasant and willing to help.

We always book the Moorings, they are a step above all the other companies out there. Great staff, watercrafts, support, etc.

Customer service at the time of booking and during follow-ups was friendly and informative. On-site personnel were always pleasant and more than helpful.

Many things, however I’d like to point out some staff that made a difference. Julian took the time to review the boat with me. Of course it’s his job to do that, but he did an outstanding job and had a great sense of humor while doing it. James, James took over when it came time to dock the boat upon our return at the end of our week. He’s a total pro and couldn’t have been kinder. Staff makes all the difference and these two individuals made a difference at the important times of both the launch and return. Kudos to these two men!

We had an amazing time with TEN boats. The captains were well organized and really took such great care of us. One was even helping my friend learn how to swim. Above and beyond all around.

I got what I paid for, we had a blast and we’re doing it again next year! Say no more.

Calvin and Katie made the trip perfect. Boat was always clean; they knew when to be present and when not to be; the customer service was exceptional. To be honest, I would charter any boat with Calvin and Katie as the crew. I think the only mishap on the entire trip was Moorings forgot to pick us up at the airport and they quickly corrected that by sending another driver.

Good service, nice boats

Been sailing with you since the early 1980’s. This 45′ sloop was very clean, in great working order, and the Wi-Fi was a nice plus. The “organization” was not up to specs, and I was not pleased with the hotel check-in, and the boat check-in. Feel free to call me for more information.

The boat, cook, weather and snorkeling were all outstanding. Minor problems we had were promptly handled. We had a lot of fun and relaxation and think others would too.
