The crew. Richard and Shannon Hallett were just amazing. They made every minute of our trip perfect. They are just great people- personable, informative,attentive to very need. Shannon’s meals were just amazing Over a perfect trip.

There were 10 of us between the ages of 11-76. There were many different abilities and interests and culinary preferences on one boat, yet each individual need was met above and beyond expectations.

Our crew was amazing. They made this experience incredible and we had an amazing time. Ben, Dulce and Tim were instrumental to our experience.

Oliver (the Boss) was wonderful to us. I think he really cares about the people that come to the Moorings

The staff, the boat was very clean, assistance with shore needs, the marina.

Staff were genuine and helpful. De-boarding process was simple. Boat was great.

The whole trip was outstanding. Our captain, Ben Moreton was wonderful: a very competent sailor, friendly and helpful. He always had a smile and showed us the best destinations, restaurants and attractions. The boat was spacious, well equipped, fast and comfortable.

Diego at the desk was very responsive, polite, and communicative. The boat was impeccable.

We had a fantastic time. Our guide explained the boat well. Also we are comfortable driving boats but it was nice they pulled it out of the space for us. The dock space is pretty tight.

From the moment we called to inquire about chartering with The Moorings, to coordinating the charter, to managing through changes due to COVID, your customer service was the best I have ever experienced. Your representatives were friendly and knowledgable and did what they promised. When we arrived in Tortola we were very impressed with the facilities and the special attention the evening manager, Sassy gave us. She made us feel we are special and she was glad to see us. The yacht, Windfall, is beautiful in every way. Your staff at the marina and the restaurant continued the high standard set by Sassy on our first night. Kishmet and Chris at the restaurant, Guillermo, Capt. Chris. Oliver, Andrea and everyone on the docks made us feel welcomed and genuinely happy we were there. Capt. Chris the Dock Master was fantastic on our last day coming in. You are all the best!

Had good experience with the palm cay moorings staff and our charter boat was in great shape

Our recent charter was out of Grenada. This was our 6th Moorings family vacation. We plan to engage The Moorings in many more in the future. I was online this morning looking at the Beneteau 52 out of St Lucia as our next trip. Wonderful staff, beautiful marinas, well prepared yachts. All good

Nice and helpful staff. Boat in excellent condition

The moorings personnel were friendly and on top of everything. The ferry to and from St Thomas and Customs in Tortola and St. Thomas were terrible. Getting to and from the moorings base is such a bad experience our crew is considering going elsewhere for the next trip.

The Moorings Belize base is clean and well run. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The yachts are well maintained.
