I was expecting some recommendations in relation with different island destinations, app to make more Ing reservations etc…

Staff was very good and our vessel had no major problems.

Overall experience on the boat and with our skipper was fantastic. Also support when booking the trip was generally good.

The preparation of the boat could have gone a little more smoothly- we were not provided with the proper checklist, and therefore ended up leaving the marina without the WiFi hotspot we had paid for in advance. We departed late due to a mechanical issue, which we understand was not something we could control, but it felt a little bit scattered instead of orderly.

Supply extra sheets and towels or laundry facilities

All staff was great. We chose the 3-5 year old boat to save money and the boat was good with a few issues that were handled before our departure from the base.

Our captain, Simon, was truly the best. Not only did he prepare in advance and help us plan out dinner reservations and a great itinerary but he was extremely accommodating when we wanted to make a slight change. At all times he was ensuring we had a once in a lifetime experience. Thank you!

Captain Calvin and Katie created a once in a lifetime trip for us. The food was amazing and Calvin made sure we saw all the must see places in the BVI’s. They are just incredible!!!

Boats are usually in good shape. Customer service very nice to deal with. Dock hands/supervisors highly effective.

The professionalism of Captain Andy and Chef Linzi was like no other and made us feel so comfortable, that we had not a worry in the world while sailing with them.

The moorings helped me plan my 50th birthday party. They responded to every email, every request within a timely matter. Once we arrived, the staff was beyond helpful. They helped with the reservations, and activities. The crew staff for the boat, we had Kristen and Luke. They were top notch. She cooked 5 star food! We had pescatarian, gluten free and dairy free people. We were 7 people.on a 5 night sail on the moorings 5000 sailboat. Just an epic trip ! Would recommend this company over and over again

Boat was not prepared well. There were a number of items that were not onboard.

Staff was very friendly. Boat was fantastic.

The isinglass was in sad shape, there no cooler on the boat but we caught that before we left. We had no issues with boat, everything else was good.
