BVI Yacht Charter Reviews

This was our first time chartering and our overall chartering experience was excellent.

The arrival, check-in, check-out and boat were flawless. We had one small issue with the navigation gear but it was resolved quickly and professionally.

Our charter was rescheduled 4 times due to COVID. The reservation staff was always cooperative and easy to work with. The boat was good and the base staff was good. This was my 4th charter with moorings/Sunsail.

Captain Tyrone and Jess are the best of the best. So happy that we ended up on their boat.
They understand all there is about customer service and made us feel so comfortable the whole week.

I’m a repeat visitor. The Moorings is always well organized, making for a smooth vacation. I was particularly impressed with the management of the pandemic this year. Great job!

It’s just an easy process from beginning to end, all things considered. All of your team members on the phone are always helpful.

I also appreciate that the boats are newer and in good condition. And when something breaks, you come meet me and fix it—that’s huge for me. I’m doing three charters this year, all with the Moorings.

Everyone at the base in the BVIs did a great job taking care of anything and everything we requested / needed. The boat was clean.

The quality of the boats, the dock staff and the amenities at the base.

In general, we have always found The Moorings to be a first class outfit with excellent customer service.

Clean, well prepared, well maintained vessel. Friendly knowledgeable staff

Overall the experience with The Moorings was good. The facilities are really outstanding after using other charter companies for comparison.

We have booked with the Moorings many times over the years and in general the boats are well maintained and the charter company organization and service is good.

Inspired Triomphe was amazing! Very nice! The crew were exceptional. Spectacular is the only way to describe our vacation experience.

the boat was in perfect order and all when just as planned.

We have always had a good experience.

Excellent, well-maintained boats, and everything necessary for a successful bareboat charter is provided.

We have been chartering with the Moorings for ove4 30 years. The boats are always top notch and the team at the base are great.
