We want to hear what you love about sailing, with our #ShareYourLoveOfSailing contest. Simply share a photo with caption or a video on Instagram telling us why you love sailing, tag @themooringsvacations and use the hashtag #ShareYourLoveOfSailing. One lucky winner will win $1,000 off their next charter with The Moorings! 

VALENTINE’S 2026 CONTEST OFFICIAL RULES 

ALL FEDERAL, STATE, PROVINCIAL, AND MUNICIPAL LAWS AND REGULATIONS APPLY.  VOID WHERE PROHIBITED OR OTHERWISE RESTRICTED BY LAW.   

The “Share Your Love of Sailing” Valentine’s 2026 Contest (the “Contest”) begins on February 1, 2026 at 12:01 a.m. Eastern Time (ET) and ends on February 14, 2026 at 11:59 p.m. (ET) (“Contest Entry Period”). Please read these Official Rules carefully before entering the competition. By entering you indicate that you accept these Official Rules and you agree to be bound by them. 

1. Sponsor’s Details: Mariner International Travel Ltd. trading as The Moorings (the “Sponsor”) a member of the Travelopia Group of companies. Registered office: 311 Park Place Blvd NE, Suite 250, Clearwater FL 33759. This Contest is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with Meta or Instagram. 

2. Eligibility: This competition is open to any legal resident of the United States, who is eighteen (18) years of age or older. Employees of the Sponsor, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising or promotion agencies, and each of their immediate family members (defined as parents, children, siblings, spouse and life partners) are not eligible to enter this competition. In the event of any dispute or ambiguity regarding the eligibility of an entrant, Sponsor reserves the right to determine, in its sole discretion, whether the entrant satisfies the eligibility requirements of the Contest. The decisions of Sponsor are final and binding in all respects.  

3. How to Enter: To enter, during the Contest Entry Period, post a photo or video of yourself on Instagram using the hashtag #ShareYourLoveOfSailing and tag @themooringsvacations. The video should show you explaining in 1 minute or less why you love sailing. If submitting a photo, please include why you love sailing in the caption. Multiple entries allowed per person. Each unique video posted by an entrant will be judged independently as a separate entry; duplicate posts will be judged as a single entry. No entries from agents or third parties or entries automatically generated by computer will be accepted. Incomplete or corrupted entries will not be accepted. Entries will only be accepted if they comply with all entry instructions. Entrant’s Instagram account must be on public settings so that Sponsor can view the post. 
   
   All entries and requests become the property of Sponsor, including any and all videos posted to Instagram, and will not be acknowledged. In the event of a dispute over the identity of an online entrant, entry will be deemed submitted by the holder of the e-mail account associated with the social media platform account used to submit the entry. The authorized account holder is deemed as the natural person who is assigned to the e-mail address by an internet access provider, service provider or other organization that is responsible for assigning e-mail addresses or the domain associated with the submitted e-mail address. Mass entries or entries generated by a script, macro or use of automated devices will be disqualified. No mechanical reproductions permitted. Incomplete entries are void. Sponsor is not responsible for any problems or technical malfunction of any network lines, computer on-line systems, servers, access providers, computer equipment, software, failure of any entry to be received by Sponsor including on account of technical problems including network congestion or any combination thereof, nor for any damage to entrant’s or any other person’s computer, related to or resulting from downloading any materials in the Contest or accessing the website. The Sponsor is not responsible for entries not received and/or any lost entries.  

4. Prize: There is one (1) Prize Package that includes a credit of $1,000 USD towards the winner’s next charter with the Sponsor. Credit must be redeemed by April 30, 2026, and is valid towards charters departingup until December 31, 2026 only. Minimum charter value of $5,000 USD is required. All applicable taxes are the sole responsibility of each respective winner.  Credit is not combinable with other Special Offers and Discounts. Each winner is encouraged to seek his or her own tax advice regarding the reporting and payment of taxes associated with the prize. No prize substitution, cash substitution, or assignment or transfer of prizes is permitted; however, Sponsor reserves the right to substitute the stated prize or portions thereof with another prize or portion thereof of equal or greater value for any reason, including, without limitation, should the stated prize or portions thereof become unavailable for any reason and to cancel the Contest at any time for any reason whatsoever including, but not limited to, unavailability of prizes beyond the reasonable control of the Sponsor. 

5. Selection of Winner; Judging Criteria: On or about February 16, 2026, one (1) winner will be selected from among all eligible entries by a panel of judges selected by Sponsor (“Judges”). The potential winner will be notified by direct message on Instagram on or about February 16, 2026 with instructions on how to claim their prize. The potential winner must respond to Sponsor’s message within seven (7) days of the announcement. Sponsor will also provide, and the potential winner must execute and return prior to and as a condition of receiving the prize, applicable tax documentation, an affidavit of eligibility and liability release and, except where prohibited by law, a publicity release. The potential winner must return such documentation within seven (7) days of the date of issuance. The prize will be awarded after receipt by Sponsor of such properly executed documents.  
   
   If (i) a potential winner does not respond to the prize notification within the timeframe stated above, (ii) a prize notification to the potential winner is returned as undeliverable, (iii) a potential winner declines his/her prize, or (iv) a potential winner fails to return all required documents within the timeframe stated above, it will result in disqualification of the potential winner and forfeiture of the potential winner’s respective prize. At Sponsor’s sole discretion, an alternate potential winner will be selected from among all remaining eligible entries by the Judges based on the same criteria described above.  

6. Publicity: By participating in the Contest, except where prohibited by law, each entrant consents to the use of their name, picture, likeness, voice, and biographical data, and/or any information contained in their entry to administer the Contest and in advertising, promotion and marketing materials throughout the world, including on the internet, by the Sponsor, its representatives, agents, promotional partners and third party marketing entities, without additional compensation, notice, review, or approval. In addition, each entrant agrees that Sponsor may use all entry information submitted by an entrant to contact the entrant in connection with Sponsor’s product and service offerings, to communicate with the entrant about the Contest and otherwise in accordance with the Sponsor’s Privacy Policy located at: https://www.moorings.com/privacy . 

7. Privacy: By entering the Contest, entrants agree that in addition to being used for the prize drawing, collected information from entrants may be used by Sponsor in a manner consistent with the Sponsor’s Privacy Policy located at: https://www.moorings.com/privacy . Any visit to Sponsor’s website (even if no Contest entry is completed) means that the Sponsor automatically gathers and stores certain information about your visit.  Although Sponsor uses reasonable physical, administrative and electronic procedures to attempt to keep the user information collected at the website secure, no data transmission over the Internet can be guaranteed secure.  By using the website and, if applicable, by entering this Contest, you consent to the collection and use of this information by the Sponsor and to Sponsor contacting you for advertising and marketing purposes.

8. Limitation on Liability:  EACH ENTRANT AGREES TO RELEASE, HOLD HARMLESS AND INDEMNIFY SPONSOR, ITS PARENT, THE PRIZE PROVIDERS, EACH OF THEIR RESPECTIVE AFFILIATES, SUBSIDIARIES, DIVISIONS, SERVICE PROVIDERS, FACEBOOK, INSTAGRAM AND TWITTER (EACH A “RELEASED PARTY”, TOGETHER “RELEASED PARTIES”) FOR ANY LIABILITY WHATSOEVER FOR INJURIES OR DAMAGES OF ANY KIND SUSTAINED IN CONNECTION WITH THE USE, ACCEPTANCE, POSSESSION, MISUSE OR AWARDING OF ANY PRIZE OR GOODS OR SERVICES PURCHASED WITH THE PRIZE OR WHILE PREPARING FOR, USING OR PARTICIPATING IN ANY PRIZE OR CONTEST-RELATED ACTIVITY, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, ANY INJURY, DAMAGE, DEATH, LOSS, OR ACCIDENT TO PERSON OR PROPERTY.  THIS LIMITATION OF LIABILITY IS A COMPREHENSIVE LIMITATION OF LIABILITY THAT APPLIES TO ALL DAMAGES OF ANY KIND, INCLUDING (WITHOUT LIMITATION) COMPENSATORY, DIRECT, INDIRECT, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES; LOSS OF DATA, INCOME, OR PROFIT; LOSS OF, OR DAMAGE TO, PROPERTY; AND CLAIMS OF THIRD PARTIES.  EXCEPT AS EXPRESSLY PROVIDED BY THE PRIZE PROVIDER AND/OR MANUFACTURER, THE WINNER AGREES THAT THE PRIZE IS PROVIDED AS-IS WITHOUT ANY WARRANTY, REPRESENTATION, OR GUARANTEE, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, IN FACT OR IN LAW, WHETHER NOW KNOWN OR HEREINAFTER ENACTED, RELATIVE TO THE USE OR ENJOYMENT OF THE PRIZE, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, ITS QUALITY, MERCHANTABILITY, OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.  RELEASED PARTIES ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ELECTRONIC COMMUNICATIONS WHICH ARE UNDELIVERABLE AS A RESULT OF ANY FORM OF ACTIVE OR PASSIVE FILTERING OF ANY KIND, OR INSUFFICIENT SPACE IN ENTRANT’S EMAIL ACCOUNT TO RECEIVE EMAIL MESSAGES.  WITHOUT LIMITING THE GENERALITY OF THE FOREGOING, SPONSOR DOES NOT MAKE ANY EXPRESS OR IMPLIED WARRANTIES OR REPRESENTATIONS WITH RESPECT TO SPONSOR’S WEBSITE(S) AND SPONSOR SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR THE CONSEQUENCES OF ANY INTERRUPTIONS OR ERRORS RELATED THERETO.  THESE TERMS GIVE YOU SPECIFIC LEGAL RIGHTS.  SOME JURISDICTIONS MAY NOT ALLOW THE LIMITATIONS OR EXCLUSION OF LIABILITY FOR INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES OR EXCLUSION OF IMPLIED WARRANTIES, SO SOME OF THE ABOVE LIMITATIONS OR EXCLUSIONS MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.  CHECK YOUR LOCAL LAWS FOR ANY RESTRICTIONS OR LIMITATIONS REGARDING THESE LIMITATIONS OR EXCLUSIONS. 
   

9. Governing Law: Each entrant agrees that: (i) any and all disputes, claims and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Contest, or any prizes awarded, other than those concerning the administration of the Contest or the determination of winner, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action; (ii) any and all disputes, claims and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Contest, or any prizes awarded, shall be resolved exclusively by the United States District Court or the appropriate Florida Court located in Pinellas County, Florida; (iii) any and all claims, judgments and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, including costs associated with entering this Contest, but in no event attorney’s fees; and (iv) UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES WILL ENTRANT BE PERMITTED TO OBTAIN AWARDS FOR, AND ENTRANT HEREBY WAIVES ALL RIGHTS TO CLAIM PUNITIVE, INCIDENTAL AND CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES AND ANY OTHER DAMAGES, OTHER THAN FOR ACTUAL OUT-OF-POCKET EXPENSES, AND ANY AND ALL RIGHTS TO HAVE DAMAGES MULTIPLIED OR OTHERWISE INCREASED.  All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of the entrant and Sponsor in connection with the Contest, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of Florida, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules, which would cause the application of the laws of any jurisdiction other than Florida. 

10. Winner’s Name: For a name of the winner (available after March 15, 2026), send a stamped, self-addressed stamped envelope by April 1, 2026 to: “Share Your Love of Sailing” Contest Winner, The Moorings, 311 Park Place Blvd.. Suite 250, Clearwater, FL 33759. Allow four (4) to six (6) weeks following the conclusion of the Contest for processing requests.
