With a background in the military and extensive sailing experience throughout the British Virgin Islands, the Greek Islands, Asia, and Australia, Captain Will brings a calm, reliable, and approachable presence to every charter. Passionate about sailing and life on the water, he has spent many seasons working with flotillas and charter yachts, developing the knowledge and confidence to ensure guests enjoy a safe, seamless, and memorable experience.

Friendly, professional, and always happy to share his local knowledge, Will enjoys helping guests discover secluded anchorages, pristine beaches, and the hidden gems that make each destination unique. Whether guiding a relaxed day of island hopping, finding the perfect spot to swim and unwind, or simply creating an easy-going atmosphere on board, he is dedicated to making every charter enjoyable, stress-free, and tailored to each guest’s ideal holiday.

Chef Lee brings vibrant Caribbean flavours, culinary creativity, and genuine hospitality to every charter experience. With a passion for fresh, locally inspired ingredients and personalised service, he crafts memorable menus tailored to each guest’s tastes and dietary preferences.

Drawing on his Caribbean heritage and a lifetime spent among the islands, Lee combines authentic island cuisine with refined presentation to create meals that are both relaxed and exceptional. His warm, welcoming nature and attention to detail help create an inviting atmosphere on board, ensuring every dining experience becomes a memorable part of the journey.
