A natural people person, Rico thrives on connecting with guests and creating unforgettable experiences at sea. The British Virgin Islands hold a special place in his heart, offering the perfect blend of crystal-clear waters, secluded anchorages, and vibrant local culture. His extensive knowledge of the islands allows guests to discover hidden gems, exceptional dining spots, and the best sailing routes the region has to offer.

With strong relationships across local restaurants, marinas, and resorts, Rico can often secure last-minute reservations and exclusive experiences. Attentive and adaptable, he tailors every charter to his guests’ preferences, whether island hopping, peaceful escapes, or action-packed adventures, handling all planning and logistics so guests can relax and fully enjoy their time on the water.

Jackie’s lifelong love of the ocean has shaped a career rooted in exploration and unforgettable guest experiences. From crossing the Indian Ocean alongside hundreds of dolphins to scuba diving the waters of the Bahamas recovering lost Spanish treasures, her adventures have shaped a calm, confident, and capable captain.

Having called the British Virgin Islands home for over five years, Jackie brings exceptional local knowledge, blending iconic destinations with hidden gems to create personalized, authentic island itineraries. She loves to set the sails, shut down the engines, and get guests involved in the fun of tacking and learning the ropes.
