The coordinator at Tortola, Sasi, was outstanding. If Moorings could find more people like her, the company would explode in popularity. She is what the company should aim to be!

Ease of moving reservation over 2 years due to covid, check in at base was timely, personnel friendly and helpful. Having the Dr. on site to perform US entry covid tests, was priceless.

All staff we encountered was friendly and helpful. The boat was in excellent condition.

Boat was in very good condition. Service team (Simon and Adam) were exceptional, as they dispatched assistance to St. John when we needed a new anchor and answered our questions while we were on the water. Front office personnel at the Charlotte Amalie office were friendly and quite helpful. Cruising destinations were quite exceptional. Then boat had plenty of room for all passengers and handled well.

Everything worked. Friendly. No problems.

The boat was in great condition. The captain and chef were easy-going and delightful. The food was great. And, the weather and places they took us were wonderful.

Thisnis 2nd time I did this and everything was well setup. One of my better vacations ever.

A lot of customer service. We rented a newer boat, so it was in really good shape, with the exception of a few items, but nothing that hindered our trip.

Everything was ok. Just needed more towels that we never got
