Service varies widely by base. The Tahiti base however was the best experience we’ve had so far in terms of the boat being ready on time and friendly helpful staff.

From time of booking to checking out it has been a great experience. Our booking agent Michela was excellent, the help we received when re-booking one of our daughters due to a cancelled flight was excellent. Every time I reached out I got a quick response, the captain was very experienced and we felt very good onboard and he understood how to be invincible, but at the same time make sure we could do everything we wanted. On top of all that we were also extremely lucky with the weather which made it all together a very unique experience for us!

The boat was great. The water maker was a huge upgrade! Also, I asked for a good dingy and we got one. Reliable, didn’t leak fuel, had a large gas can. All problems we had on previous trips.

On previous trips, it took us FOREVER to get out of the base. Very frustrating waiting for briefings and clearance to go. Not this time. THANK YOU for the fast departure. The departure frustration I had in the past made me hesitate to book this trip.

We did crash the boat and Moorings quickly came to our rescue! Thank you very much for this. Per my other conversations, we are very sorry for the damage we did.

The only minor things that fell short – there were no clothespegs on the boat. They were delivered after a couple of days, thank you. The clothespeg quantity was a bit meager. We were also given a mobile internet hot spot that worked way better than the one built into the boat.

we had a dependable boat with incredible weather -simply was a off-the-charts type of a charter.

Boat was in working order and base personnel were very friendly. Only issues with week were covid related which can’t be helped. French Immigration folks in St Barth’s were ass holes but all the rest was great

Love the service and how well maintained the boats are.

We love to sail and enjoy the locations you offer. We also like the sailing catamarans and especially the ones that offer water generation and a few other creature comforts—freezers that work, plus real refrigerators, and a small microwave. Things have come a long way.

This was our third voyage with Moorings. We were very pleased with the service and knew what to expect from the catamaran.
