Boat was very nice and anything that Needed to be fixed was fixed pretty quickly

The coordinator at Tortola, Sasi, was outstanding. If Moorings could find more people like her, the company would explode in popularity. She is what the company should aim to be!

Ease of moving reservation over 2 years due to covid, check in at base was timely, personnel friendly and helpful. Having the Dr. on site to perform US entry covid tests, was priceless.

A lot of customer service. We rented a newer boat, so it was in really good shape, with the exception of a few items, but nothing that hindered our trip.

The boat was great and clean when we arrived. The skipper and stew (Phillipe & Natasha) were amazing!!! They brought us to some beautiful places and made the experience unforgettable for us.
