Quality of boat, assistance when checking in, amazing captain

The staff at Moorings base is amazing. Natalie in particular. Vessels are in excellent condition.

Crew of abbynormal to were fantastic. Made the dream come true.

Everyone provided superb service.

Nice service new boat friendly employees

Boat was very nice and anything that Needed to be fixed was fixed pretty quickly

Great boat and maintenance, great customer service.

The coordinator at Tortola, Sasi, was outstanding. If Moorings could find more people like her, the company would explode in popularity. She is what the company should aim to be!

Ease of moving reservation over 2 years due to covid, check in at base was timely, personnel friendly and helpful. Having the Dr. on site to perform US entry covid tests, was priceless.

All staff we encountered was friendly and helpful. The boat was in excellent condition.

Everything worked. Friendly. No problems.

Staff was great. Boat was equally great.

The boat was in great condition. The captain and chef were easy-going and delightful. The food was great. And, the weather and places they took us were wonderful.

You’re awesome

Check out on the boat was fantastic, some more clarity about expectations for arriving and checking in to the reservation

Thisnis 2nd time I did this and everything was well setup. One of my better vacations ever.

A lot of customer service. We rented a newer boat, so it was in really good shape, with the exception of a few items, but nothing that hindered our trip.

Everything was ok. Just needed more towels that we never got

The entire process was easy. The boat was perfect

Fun experience for family
