BVI Yacht Charter Reviews

Customer service was great. Friendly and accommodating staff. High quality boats with lots of amenities that worked flawlessly.

From the moment we arrived everything went relatively smoothly. There were hiccups along the way but considering the totality of the expert, it was as close to perfect as it could be

The process is always predictable and reliable, the boats are easy to operate in most all ways, and the staff is quite helpful.

We had a fun memorable vacation and hope to do it again someday

Great crew. Comfortable and clean boat. Of course the locale sure helped too.

Everyone at the BVI base was amazing.
Boots was amazing – the perfect check-out captain. Thank you, Boots, WE LOVE YOU!
Dre was the BEST at the front desk. Thank you, Dre, you ROCK!
Underway, we had help that was fast and effective from Paolo (in the VG North Sound we had a clogged and hard to get to bilge pump).
Thank you so very much!

smooth operation and SO MUCH FUN!

Great service, allowed us to rebook twice due to Covid. Great support and super friendly.

Quality of the boat was great. Simon, our skipper, was an absolute A+.

The boat was perfect and our captain, Guillermo, was even better. Truly the vacation of a lifetime!

We did not have an overview of the boat, we did have a captain and would have been nice to connect with the Captain prior to the trip to coordinate our schedule. Otherwise the boat and our captain were very nice.

Everything was well organized. Any questions or requests for help were addressed immediately. The boat was clean and reasonably well kept. We were able to just enjoy ourselves.

The moorings was easy to work with to plan our charter. They answered all of our questions and were normally easy to get in touch with. The boat itself was extremely clean and well stocked. We felt prepared by the skipper to captain the boat ourselves. We had an amazing trip!

Very responsive to our needs.

Great service from the booking agent to BVI hotel staff, to the bar and restaurant staff, to the dock staff, to the service technicians and to the massage therapists. A great overall effort during challenging times.

Excellent time

Professional, friendly staff. Boat was excellent, as were shoreside facilities. Phone reps were informed and helpful.

Friendly staff

Good overall experience considering all the logistic, legal, supply, organizational, etc, challenges you have to conply with

Once we arrived at the Tortola Base, everyone was very helpful to get us on our way and get the boat equipped as needed. Effort means a lot to me, there will always be unexpected problem, but effort counts.
