The boat was great and most people were friendly and helpful. Not all but most.

Reliable, friendly service; boats in good or better condition.

Customer service was great. Friendly and accommodating staff. High quality boats with lots of amenities that worked flawlessly.

From the moment we arrived everything went relatively smoothly. There were hiccups along the way but considering the totality of the expert, it was as close to perfect as it could be

The process is always predictable and reliable, the boats are easy to operate in most all ways, and the staff is quite helpful.

We did not have an overview of the boat, we did have a captain and would have been nice to connect with the Captain prior to the trip to coordinate our schedule. Otherwise the boat and our captain were very nice.

Everything was well organized. Any questions or requests for help were addressed immediately. The boat was clean and reasonably well kept. We were able to just enjoy ourselves.

The moorings was easy to work with to plan our charter. They answered all of our questions and were normally easy to get in touch with. The boat itself was extremely clean and well stocked. We felt prepared by the skipper to captain the boat ourselves. We had an amazing trip!

Great service from the booking agent to BVI hotel staff, to the bar and restaurant staff, to the dock staff, to the service technicians and to the massage therapists. A great overall effort during challenging times.
