I’ve been fortunate to travel extensively through both work and personal adventures. My yachting career has taken me across the Mediterranean, including Spain, France, Italy, Croatia, Greece, and Montenegro, as well as an Atlantic crossing through to the Caribbean, from Barbados up to the Bahamas. Beyond yachting, I’ve explored Scandinavia, Southeast Asia, Australia, North America, and North Africa, discovering diverse cultures, flavours, and ways of life that continue to inspire my approach to hospitality and food. Each destination has shaped my outlook, teaching me that no matter where we are, connection and good food always bring people together.
