I’m a repeat visitor. The Moorings is always well organized, making for a smooth vacation. I was particularly impressed with the management of the pandemic this year. Great job!

Great quality boat and staff at the base

All our experiences with the Moorings have been incredible, but Fabrice and Virginia made this trip beyond compare. Their knowledge of the area, their professionalism in their roles on the boat and their personalities made this trip one we will always remember.

It’s just an easy process from beginning to end, all things considered. All of your team members on the phone are always helpful.

I also appreciate that the boats are newer and in good condition. And when something breaks, you come meet me and fix it—that’s huge for me. I’m doing three charters this year, all with the Moorings.

Everyone at the base in the BVIs did a great job taking care of anything and everything we requested / needed. The boat was clean.

Very helpful in making sure I understood the difficulties in traveling during Covid and ready for my trip.

Very helpful staff, from the call center to make a reservation to the actual location. Everyone was incredibly helpful.

I was met by Mateo at the marina in Placencia and he made me feel welcome at first contact. He had all my information and I didn’t have to produce one document to confirm my reservation. All Covid protocols were adhered to and he was very friendly and professional. The boat was made ready for us and we were told we could board to stow our gear and familiarize ourselves with the boat. Only one thing was amiss. We wanted to go in town to obtain provisions and eat, but were told we had to be back by 5 PM because the office closed then. It was confusing to us because were understood we couldn’t board before 6 PM. If this is the case why would the office close before our boarding time? Also closing the office early doesn’t allow the charter captain or crew to have any questions answered that might arise. I realize there is a Captain’s briefing the day we are scheduled to leave, but being available for other questions would be helpful for those that purchase the spend the night before option.
