Customer Reviews

Overall the experience with The Moorings was good. The facilities are really outstanding after using other charter companies for comparison.

Staff was great, boat was terrific, the process was better than expected. Everything was very well done

The boat was beautiful, clean, and made our travel plans easy. We got to explore remote islands with ease thanks to captain dan !

We have booked with the Moorings many times over the years and in general the boats are well maintained and the charter company organization and service is good.

I’ve chartered with the Moorings multiple times & have mostly been more than satisfied with the base & the customer service I’ve received

The crew at the base were friendly, helpful and accommodating.

It was the trip of a lifetime. We reconnected in the best possible way with old lifelong friends. We bareboated a yacht in the Exumas out of Nassau. The skillset and strengths we brought were complimented perfectly with the addition of a cook. She made an adventure into a vacation of the most satisfying kind.

Service and cost. Caroline at the St. Martin base was excellent. Susan Ulrich at HQ is always response and accommodating.

Inspired Triomphe was amazing! Very nice! The crew were exceptional. Spectacular is the only way to describe our vacation experience.

The people and equipment were first class and willing to help settle in and finish up…two very important days

Quality of yachts, service at the base.

The boat was beautiful. The captain Stefano and cook Valerie made our vacation perfect.

We had a fabulous, unforgettable vacation. In order to make it happen we had to do several very large changes, but everything was flawless.

The booking was easy. The staff we worked went above and beyond our expectations. We’ll come back again as this was our fourth successful Moorings vacay.
