My family has been chartering from the Moorings since the mid/late 80’s. We’ve always had great experiences and solid boats. We use other charter companies. But only in locations where there isn’t a Moorings base. (San Diego, Los Angeles).

Entire operation is very well organized; staff very friendly and professional; boat was excellent.

Your staff did a great job help us on our first Moorings charter. The catamaran worked great. We still had a learning curve to know how everything worked.

The overall experience was positive. But, we had been chartering from the Moorings for many years and knew exactly what to expect.

I have received great service throughout the process — from my first interaction with Matthew in Sales in 2019 when I first planned this trip, through my rebooking last fall, to working out the new details with John Osborne, who answered all of my monthly questions for the last six months. And when our trip finally happened, the Moorings delivered. It was a trip of a lifetime, and thanks in large part to our Captain Matt “Mateo” Bamford.

Great experience (2 years now); easy to check-in and easy check out. Boat was in excellent condition and did not experience problems similar to last year. 3 of 4 groups took advantage of the Moorings hotel for the night before.

The boat was top notch and the crew were exceptional. Emma gene and George couldn’t have been nicer or more capable in their respective positions.

I’ve been sailing with The Moorings nearly every year up to four weeks at a time since 1995. This past week was without exception the best week for customer service my crew or I ever experienced! James (dock master), McNeal, Boots, Lawrence, Leslie (Wesley?), and everyone else were superb!

Fabulous crew! The boat was wonderful too.

The captain Dwayne Young was amazing. He was so ready to make sure that we got to do the things that interested us. He shared great stories and facts about Belize and the marine life. We laughed so often and never felt concerned about anything.
