New, clean boat, beyond-expectation crew. Easy, safe, predictable.

The group we worked with in Key West was great and very responsive and sailing in the Keys was a great time. Boat was a little dated and seemed to be in need some maintenance, which I believe our boat was a leased owner boat and not a Moorings owned boat. We might be a little biased as our first Moorings experience was in BVI and that was just a different level. The crew in Key West though was great and appreciated their help.

Lovely customer service and all of our requests were met. Staff friendly and helpful. Was a wonderful vacation.

These newer boats are more technically challenging. More electronics(toilets, AC AND NAVIONICS). While I understood the briefing, a short instruction booklet for later perusal for when questions arose would have been helpful.

Staff was great. All were very helpful in getting the boat ready to go with everything we needed. Orientation with Lou was great and very helpful. We called in upon return to get assistance to deliver boat into slip and the Capitan that came out was very prompt and very courteous- super nice and backed the boat into the slip. He has worked there 41 years and did a great job!!! We will be planning another trip in the near future with Moorings as we have over the last several years. Thanks to the exceptional staff that helped us!

I always felt treated well, customer service always helped me out, I called several times about numerous things before our charter. Hold times could sometimes be long. When our original selected yacht size became unavailable Moorings bumped us to a larger available boat. The marina was lovely, the boat in good shape, our trip was amazing.

Captain Richard and Shelly were a fantastic crew, the food and drink great, the catamaran was surprisingly spacious despite 8 people on board. We just had a great time.

Every step of the process with Moorings was outstanding and our boat (534PC) was unbelievable. This was a “bucket list” vacation for our family and the family that joined us, and I am very pleased to report that Moorings helped make sure it exceeded all expectations.

To top it off, Kevin, the Moorings rep that provided our briefing, really went out of his way to provide exceptional service. This was our first Moorings trip and first time on a large PC and he was very patient to make sure we had a full understanding and level of comfort with the entire process.

We loved the whole experience. The website makes it easy to find the boat and the experience you want. The boat was very nice and comfortable and we loved our skipper.

Everything was easy, clean, safe and fun. The boat was in nice shape, the local staff, especially Alcid, were super helpful. All in all, it was a great trip.

The Lagoon 45 was perfect for our family and friends. The Palm Cay Moorings staff was so helpful, friendly overall just wonderful to work with. Sandra, Alexis and CJ in particular but all the staff were fantastic.

I have chartered before and has an excellent experience. This time the boat was i great shape, as promised and the captain was good, funny and relaxed. He went out of his way to find us the best restaurants the best shops and helped when we had a problem with a store manager. The Moorings are easy to deal with — no hidden charges and helpful up front and after the charter.

This trip was an on-hold reservation from 2020 due to the pandemic. First, I am impressed that Moorings held the reservation for 2 years when they probably had multiple legal paths to reject using the held funds. The reservation staff made the reschedule extremely easy and even gave us the “Black Friday” discount that we reserved under in 2019.

Great boat. Excellent service. Handled one technical problem (outboard motor) very well with minimum disruption.
Plus assistance setting up the trip and handling changes was outstanding! (looking at you Soun 🙂 )

The experience from getting quotes to getting off the boat after our sail was great! I’ve sailed with The Moorings four (4) times and I will continue to charter with The Moorings on future sails.
