Extremely helpful, friendly customer service in person and over the phone. Ease of checking in and checking out of boat and ability to leave bags protected between getting off boat and getting on plane. Not having to clean boat after return. Quick boat briefing. High quality boat with almost everything in perfect working order

Always have a good experience

Always good and consistent service. Clean ships. Friendly people. We had a problem (winch and dingy davit) and they came out that day and fixed them.

Boat was in great shape. Service at base was great (underway by 11a! including self provisioning). Tortola base is awesome for first night dinner at arrival etc…

The 5000 cat us an awesome yacht. However, we had a problem with the windless the2nd day out. Leslie’s crew responded immediately and corrected the problem. –

The service and staff at the Agana Marina are fantastic! Getting on the boat was very easy and anything we needed was there the staff including Yuri, Mirna, and all the staff were very helpful. The only issue the Moorings Beneteau 48.4. The mainsail flaking system and lazyjacks are very difficult to use.
