Easy to work with and take care of problems

The boat was pristine, we had zero issues and the crew, Kristen and Luke were FANTASTIC!!

Great location, boat was in good shape (although showing its 6 years of use). Lene (base manager) was very helpful.

We have chartered with your company many times in the past from The BVI & Belize. It’s always a 10! This time was the best! We have been trying to make this trip happen for 2 years because the covid restrictions. We had to reschedule once because of positive test results. Your sales team was very helpful in making it work! Once we got to the St Lucia, Lene Volney, was amazing! She helped with taxis from the airport, making sure we had everything we needed on the boat, helped with testing on the boat, helped us with the sail clear website, had great recommendations for our itinerary! Once we got home, we realized one of our crew had left some jewelry on board, a couple of quick texts & Lene found the missing items & shipped them back to us! She is a fantastic member of your team! We will be rebooking soon!

Overall service is very good. The base in Tortola friendly and sets the tone for a great trip. Boats are reliable with only minor issues. Charterers well-supported. Incredible sailing in BVI.

Great vacation

Boat was is immaculate condition. Captain Dan was knowledgeable, professional, and a lot of fun. Christine our chef made miracles happen every meal in that kitchen. Just a tip notch experience from start to finish.

The friendliness of your staff

Everyone at the base was friendly and ready to help us. When we had an issue with water maker we were able to get someone on the phone immediately who provided technical help. The boat was in good condition
