The Moorings 5200 – 6 Cabin Flagship Charter Experience.
Spacious. Elegant. Adventure-Ready. The ultimate charter platform for larger groups.
Introducing the Moorings 5200 – 6 Cabin, the most expansive sailing catamaran in The Moorings fleet. Designed in collaboration with Simonis Voogd and built by renowned boatbuilder Robertson & Caine, this yacht blends luxury, performance, and innovative design in a way that’s tailor-made for group charters and unforgettable experiences at sea.
From private staterooms to wide open social spaces, the 5200 6-cabin version delivers a premier sailing experience with room for everyone to relax, recharge, and reconnect.
Designed for Groups, Built for Comfort
The 6-cabin layout is ideal for larger groups of up to 13 guests, offering six private staterooms – each with its own en-suite head and separate shower. All guest cabins feature generous berth sizes (island or spacious side berths), oversized hull windows for natural light, ample storage, and refined interior finishes that bring warmth and style to every room.
Whether it’s families traveling together, groups of friends, or crewed charters, the 5200’s flexible layout ensures comfort without compromise.
Integrated Living Spaces for Socializing and Relaxation
At the heart of the Moorings 5200 is a 438 sq ft indoor-outdoor living area that encourages gathering, dining, and relaxing. Wide, stackable sliding doors open the panoramic saloon to the shaded aft cockpit, forming a cohesive space for shared moments and alfresco meals.
Inside, an L-shaped settee, convertible dining/coffee table, and movable bench create a comfortable and adaptable lounge space. Outside, a large dining table is surrounded by an extra-wide cushioned settee with a reversible backrest and a built-in chaise longue – perfect for lounging with a view. A cockpit fridge/special-offers/freezer and gas plancha grill make dining on deck effortless.
Forward, guests can retreat to the private cockpit with sunbeds, while the coachroof lounge adjacent to the helm offers stunning elevated views and additional space to unwind. Wide trampolines and sun loungers up front round out the yacht’s many areas for relaxation.
A Galley Made for Gourmet Living
The Moorings 5200 galley is designed to impress both casual cooks and professional chefs alike. Elegant Avonite countertops provide generous prep space, while a forward-facing sink offers sweeping views while you cook.
The kitchen is outfitted with a convection microwave, twin-drawer fridge/special-offers/freezer, and an additional refrigerator/special-offers/freezer, ensuring everything is on hand for gourmet meals at sea. Deep drawers and thoughtfully placed lockers keep ingredients and cookware organized, even underway.
Smooth Sailing, Made Simple
Despite her size, the Moorings 5200 handles with ease and agility. A powerful sail plan featuring a fully-battened mainsail and overlapping genoa ensures confident performance in a variety of wind conditions.
All lines are led to the protected helm station, allowing the skipper to manage sails safely and efficiently, with support from electric winches for added convenience. Advanced Raymarine navigation systems, including forward- and rear-facing cameras, provide real-time visibility and control for smooth, confident cruising wherever your journey leads.
The Moorings 5200 – Share the Journey in Style
Spacious, stable, and beautifully equipped, the 6-cabin Moorings 5200 delivers a luxury charter experience for larger groups without sacrificing privacy, performance, or style. Whether you’re exploring the Caribbean, the Med, or beyond, this flagship catamaran makes every mile unforgettable.

If an interior cabin is not being used as sleeping quarters for a guest then the skipper will take the interior cabin in all cases.
