The quality of the boat and service and destinations

Boats in perfect condition (just a couple of tweaks here and there). Staff very friendly and helpful. Overall great experience.

The customer service was excellent when making the reservation, the check in process was smooth and everything ordered was on the boat. The boat itself was clean and in great shape and our captain Kieshawn was just awesome as was Brittany and all staff at the dock.

Boat was not prepared well. There were a number of items that were not onboard.

The isinglass was in sad shape, there no cooler on the boat but we caught that before we left. We had no issues with boat, everything else was good.

Both checking in to board the boat and returning at the end of the charter went very smoothly. The boat was ready on time and delivery of food was timely also.

The experience was amazing overall. The moorings had solid infrastructure to make the charter easy with some great add ons. This was my first time destination chartering, and it won’t be the last. Can’t wait to go again!

The boat was awesome and in good shape. There were no issues with equipment onboard. Instruction was great before getting on as well as when we came back. The moorings facility is a nice place to hang out as well.
