The overall experience was first class. Our captain was great, the boat clean and spacious for our party of 7 and good communication from the staff.

Certainly the location, BVI. But, importantly, the well run organization.

The equipment was, for the most part, in good working condition and the boat was quite clean with few missing items.

Requesting charterers to sign off on an extensive inventory list is a bit much. The charter company should be responsible for a complete inventory, not the charterer. Finding every item on the list is very labor intensive. While it does get you well acquainted with the boat, it is not a pleasant way to start your vacation.

Everyone was very friendly and helpful. Boat was a bit older, and starting to show the wear, but still very nice and clean. Great location for nice sailing.

The St. Lucia Base Manager (Lene), the gentlemen reviewing the boat and then assisting with docking upon return (Aldo?), and all the staff were wonderful, helpful, courteous, and a delight.
A Great Trip.

The check in and out was made very easy by Chris.
The boat was in pretty good condition and the couple of issues we had were quickly resolved.

I respect the Moorings Fleet and take comfort in the knowledge that if something needed to be address during our charter the Moorings have a support system to help resolve the situation.
