Clean boat, everything worked, competent staff w/good attitude.

Great crew boat had good provisions

your staff really cares and while things are not perfect and you are short-handed, everyone works very hard to make sure we have a great vacation.

I was downgraded last minute from 514PC to 433PC

Reliable vessels and service

The quality of our yacht and the base staff at Belize was very helpful and friendly. We were fortunate that the yacht we charted was only 6 months old and in excellent conditions. There was some in continuity with vacation planners, probably related to covid and offsite locations.

THE ONLY PROBLEM AND I THINK IT IS A BIG PROBLEM IS COMMUNICATION FROM OUR BOAT TO YOUR MARINA ———TOLD TO MONITOR 12 ON THE RADIO & COULD NOT COMMUNICATE // THANKLY WE HAD A CELL PHONE, BUT WHEN WE HAD A PROBLEM LAST MORNING COULD NOT GET A CALL BACK AFTER 2 TRIES/ LUCKILY WE WERE ABLE TO FIGURE OUT THE PROBLEM. YOU NEED TO TRY & IMPROVE ON THIS. THE TRIP HOWEVER WAS FABULOUS AS IN THE PAST.

Service

Quality and cleanliness of boat. Base was excellent. Staff were friendly and efficient. Boat was very nice.

Overall good experience. Employee’s aren’t the friendliest though.

Flybridge grill didn’t work, dinghy was horrible and there really needs to be a locking system on the side by side refrigerator.

I got the feeling that Moorings, like companies throughout the world, is facing challenges in hiring and retaining staff. The people I worked with–the dockmaster, the briefing captain–were skilled, professional, and courteous. But I felt like the team was scrambling to keep up.

The boat was not quite in the shape we expected from our last charter. It was a bit more “used,” and a bit less clean. Still way better that we’d expect on a charter boat, and we are happy. Just not the shockingly good ship shape and Bristol fashion we experienced in 2019.

Again, I attribute this to the challenges we are all dealing with.

Great service, great skipper and overall experience

It’s a unique experience. No one does quite like the Moorings.

I felt the people were extremely friendly and helpful, perhaps even more so than in my last couple of charters. Kevin’s boat briefing was excellent and he was tremendously helpful even though he was busy with several briefings.
