Good equipment, easy embark and return

Love the Islands.

Friendly, informed staff. Nice fleet.

Captain Andy and Chef Linzi made this the most phenomenal experience for our group. There was no need that was unmet, no tummy unsatisfied. Seas the Day is an incredible vessel that blew us away with her amenities. Andy and Linzi became family to us and we can’t wait to sail with them again!

Amazing service, when things didn’t go as planned, someone was always there to help. The boat was clean and ready to go, Meli was just amazing!!!

Crew went out of their way to interact with all of us who are deaf. They also joined us for activities and suggested some.

Service was excellent

Still feel Moorings offers the best service as well as well maintained boats. I do feel the staff was stressed during our recent return to the BVI but remained as friendly and attentive as possible but seemed short staffed

Boat was in excellent condition. Base personnel were very friendly, helpfull and efficient. Base was conveniently located.

Boat was in great shape. People were knowledgeable and friendly.

This was our 6th Moorings Charter since 1991. Our boat (46.3) was amazing. Skipper (Andrew Olivier) was the best ever. We had fun sailing every day.
Covid testing was expensive and annoying, but not a Moorings specific issue.

Jonathan, skipper and Beverly, chef made it fabulous. We were fortunate to have been assigned them.

The St. Thomas staff was excellent. From top to bottom, the staff was very friendly and helpful. A big shout out to Mili for her great care. She is awesome. Plus, the boat performed great. The trip exceeded my expectations. I have already suggested other friends and clients to do a boat trip. Thanks so much!!!

This was our first time doing a bareboat charter and it became the best vacation we have ever taken. The Mooring made it easy and we look forward to the next charter.

Enjoyed the overall experience

Excellent service and expeditious resolution of issues with the boat.

Although the marina seemed to be short-staffed resulting in a delayed departure time all the staff seemed to bend over backwards to address outstanding issues and meet last-minute requests from us. The boat itself was nice and clean. Issues that popped up during the cruise were addressed in a timely manner according to the circumstances.

Richard and Shannon Hallett truly made the trip exceptional. I can’t imagine doing a trip like this again without them as the crew.
