Staff was phenomenal!

We had a wonderful experience at the USVI base. From the greeting from Meli and attention to detail and wanting to make sure we were completely satisfied, to Cornelius makiing sure any of our needs were met and taking time wiht our boat and chat briefing to assure we had an amazing trip. We had a small issue with the boat late in the afternoon and still someone arrived within one hour to resolve the issue. We experienced the best customer service at the USVI from dinner suggestions to friendliness, to readiness of the boat over our previous experiences with sunsail and moorings.

Newer clean boat was amazing. But our crew really made our vacation special. Chef Ashley blew our food expectations away. Better than any food experience we’ve had, and we take trips based solely on food stops at time. Captain David was extremely knowledgeable and was always lending a helping hand. Our trip wouldn’t have been the same without them.
