Oliver and his team from the boat, pool staff, and kitchen were lovely and engaging. No problems. Oliver personally helped us connect up our boat internet. La Morocha was a nice Leopard 40. Next time will try to get a Logoon 450. Responsive VHF with clear instructions helped us dock with minimal effort.

BVI was gorgeous. Despite all the old sports that we loved. Everyone was glad to see us.

Everyone followed the rules and politely reminded us to follow covid rules; they were kind, smiled, and were patiently firm.

Fred and Sophie in the Raiatea office are great. Super friendly and Fred’s captain’s briefing was great: excellent recommendations for places to go and things to do. The upgrade to the Moorings 5000 was a *huge* driver of our satisfaction with this charter. That boat is amazing and made our week very comfortable and luxurious. Thank you. Tomas was great when we handed the boat to him in Huahine. Like the team in Raiatea: very friendly and professional. Needless to say that vacationing in FP is amazing, but with our experience with the Moorings it became the vacation of a lifetime for our two families.

The check-in process was quick and easy. The boat was in excellent condition. And most of all, Thomas, our skipper was extraordinary and was a key ingredient in making the charter the best my family has ever experienced.

Beautiful and fun vacation

This is our second catamaran trip and we found both trips a wonderful way to see the islands. The crew was exceptional. Our skipper was not only knowledgeable and experienced but also went out of his way to share the secrets and beauties of the island with us. He often went above and beyond what he had to do to make our trip exceptional. Our hostess made special snacks and meals for us and really went out of her way to make our lives enjoyable.

I’ve been chartering with Moorings / Sunsail for 20 years and this past experience was by far the best from a service standpoint. The crew at the base on St. Thomas was so friendly (Desiree, Cornelius, A/C service guy that also owns SWEET Adventures, others) and went our of their way to help us / offer recommendations / coordinate service calls. Everyone was so helpful and and eager to help – it was a welcomed difference than we’ve experienced in the past. We never felt like we were being a burden to anyone and the folks mentioned above were very pleasant to deal with. If they are part of the team, I’d recommend Moorings to anyone in the future.

Everything was 1st class..from the moment Dessaray(sorry I don’t know the correct spelling) created us when we walked in the door.. to Macho helping us with our bags..to Cornelius meeting us at the dock..we had a long trip and yall made us feel great!!! Also..love the beer fridge in the lobby.

Everyone was friendly and went out their way to make the sailing experience in Belize incredible. The base in Belize is run by some super people, can’t say enough. And clean well maintained facility.

All worked as planned! No issues! Boat was ready and stocked by the time we arrived!! We were able to get our provisions at the last minute due to a sudden change in the BVI’s direction on fully vaccinated tourists. Judith Gumbs was outstanding in helping us out!!

Oliver was on top of our trip, including scheduling a rapid Covid test for our return. Jelly Belly (Linston Mercer) our skipper was the most amazing captain, sailer, story teller and guide around the BVIs. He is worth his weight in gold. Amazing person to represent your brand with guests.

The simple pick up process, the helpful staff, the location (St. Thomas).

Our captain, julien H, was customer-service focused and fantastic-he tailored the trip to our wishes, and made it a fantastic trip of a lifetime. When there was a problem with the boat, he would fix it. When we wanted to do more sailing, he changed the plan to make sure we were happy. He is one of the biggest resources you have, and the biggest reason our trip was so much fun.
