Minimum to None boat issues, easy check-in and out.. great personnel

FROM THE MOMENT WE ARRIVE AT MARINERS HOTEL, THE SERVICE WAS 5 STAR AT FRONT DESK, RESTAURANT AND BOAT PREPARATION CREW,

Vessel appearance, reliability, very expedient check-in and departure process. All pre-arrival communication and coordination was excellent. No surprises.

Great service from the marina staff

Staff was exceptional. Response to problems was immediate.

Overall experience was great. With some exceptions, boat was what we expected and in good shape. Booking was straightforward.

The service was outstanding, even when we fouled a mooring line they had a diver to help us within 2 hours. The staff are friendly and very helpful, the briefing helped us decide where the best places to visit are.

We have been sailing with the Moorings since 1994 and we always get great boat and wonderful services.

The ability to just show up for vacation and not have to plan what we were going to do each day or what we were going to eat was amazing. Adam and Rosie were fantastic. They took us to secret places and we had the entire bay to ourselves. The meals that were prepared were beyond our expectations.
