Everything went smoothly & easily. Everyone was so nice & helpful. The boat was beautiful! It was a fantastic vacation!

It all started with Susan Ullrich. She is extremely knowledgeable in all facets of the trip. I have dealt with her for many years and have never had a problem. At tortolla the boat was ready and clean on time. The people at the facility were friendly and quick to help when needed. I would especially single out Rebecca and Suzette as being standouts in a group of staff that was very good.

You help me take care of all aspects of my boating charter. Your people on the phone are especially great.

The Moorings continues to be the dominant player in the sail charter industry and this creates advantages in terms of locations for sailing, number and selection of boats available, and service provided throughout the charter process from booking through support of the charter trip itself.

Despite glitches, sales team and crew sought to provide us with a no-worries all-your-needs-met vacation.

It’s not easy to manage the logistics of of so many groups going in and out of the Moorings base, but the people working there make it look easy for their guests. Boats are continuously in need of maintenance and the employees at the Moorings regularly pull off minor miracles to get each group out on the water safely and comfortably. Our boat had plumbing and air conditioning issues that were fixed immediately and permanently (not a simple patch job, but really doing the job right). Everyone from the front desk to the cleaning crew and the dingy maintenance did everything necessary to make sure we had a great charter experience. Really a first class operation. Thanks.

It’s because of our crewed charter. From the first day to our last day, Captain Richard and Shelly provided us superb service and fun while catering to our every need and desire. Shelly is a master chef and every meal was fantastic. Richard is a very competent sailor and so we always felt safe and confident in his care of us and the catamaran. We will book again and will be specifically requesting Richard and Shelly as we couldn’t have been happier with our experience. Please keep them employed so we can enjoy another trip with them wherever they are stationed.
