Customer service second to none. Road Town facility fantastic.

You have a quality product, with good service.

We had our power cat charter cancelled in the Exumas, Bahamas, due to boat damage In April 2022, and your team in Clearwater (Tiffarney, John, Tania and the rest – think we spoke to all of them) came through with a better boat in the US Virgin Islands that was outstanding, saving this summer’s vacation experience for me and my crew. To be able to offer them an alternative was so appreciated by me (the organizer) – my crew thought the boat and the experience was “unforgettable, great fun, much better than a cruise ship!” and they would do it again. Your Moorings team in St Thomas, Laurel in the front office and Adam, Ben, Eric and Chad in the maintenance/dock section were superb. We’ve been to many Moorings locations and this was the best team we’ve encountered, by far.

Everything was perfect

It is because Capt Dale Nibbs made our 9 days fly by with his knowledge and expertise in the BVIs. He knows all the islands and the best places to visit. He told us that if we are happy , then he is happy. His docking and mooring was seamless. Other charterers kept asking us how we located him as their experiences with other charter companies were less than perfect. He is a wonderful person also, so by the end, was part of our family.
Also, the 50 cat, Graytful was excellent, with no problems or breakdowns. We will be back in 2023.

Overall great company, with good service and well maintained boats.

The boat was in good condition and functioned well. The base crew did a nice job for us especially Chris.

Friendly and great service

The onboard orientation on the date of departure was inadequate. Things were not fully explained, questions were not completely answered, and there was confusion on when where to depart. A manual on the basic operation of key components on the boat would have been helpful.

So relaxing and just overly enjoyable. Love seeing the islands and the water

Great service start to finish at St Martin office.

Boat was exceptionally clean. Quick maintenance service when we had an issue with our generator on night one (bad temp sensor). Excellent staff, courteous and offered many recommendations on places to anchor/visit.

Everyone was extremely nice and very helpful. Shout out to Kevin who did our check out at the beginning of our charter. He was patient, kind and funny.

The boat was new and well-maintained. Our captain was knowledgeable and patient. And you can’t beat the location!

Great experience. FL Yacht Charters takes great care of their boats and the staff is extremely knowledgeable, helpful and on top of things. In particular, I really appreciate how well they have labeled the boat components so that its easier to familirize yourself with the boat and its mechanics.

Everything was really great. The moorings BVI team was very helpful and friendly, the 43 power cat was perfect for our family and everything worked well our whole trip. Loved it one if our best vacations ever.

The BVIs are beautiful. Your boats are well kept. They have great layouts. Your service is always friendly and prompt. This was our 4th charter and we are already planning our next one.
